Exchange & return policy
7-day exchange window
You have 7 days from delivery to request a size exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How to return
WhatsApp or email us your order number and reason. We will confirm within 24 hours and send you the return address. You cover the return courier; we cover re-delivery of the replacement.
Defective or wrong items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours. We will replace it or issue a full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
Not eligible for return: Items that have been worn, washed, or have tags removed. Custom/personalised orders. Items purchased on final sale.
